Do I need to make a reservation?

You do not need to make a reservation! We actually only take reservations for large parties (6+ people). It’s very hard for us to gauge how long our guests will be here, so taking reservations can be a little challenging. For small parties, give us a call about half an hour before you arrive and we will either save you a seat, or add you to our waitlist!
Do you sell gift cards?

We do! Unfortunately, we only sell physical gift cards in store, but we are hoping to be able to provide digital gift cards soon!
What is the cost of pottery painting?

Our pieces range in price from about $5 all the way up to $200! Prices depend on size and complexity. Our average price, however, is between $25-$35.
How long does pottery painting typically take?

Great question! Again - it depends on the size and complexity of the piece, but we like to tell people around 2-3 hours. We finish seating for pottery painting 2 hours before our closing times because of this. With this being said - if you don’t finish your piece in the time you spend with us, just take it home and bring it back another day!
Do you fire pieces that weren’t purchased at Poppy & Co.?

Yes! We will fire your pieces for a small firing fee, depending on size. The pieces must be bisque ware that is fired at Cone 06 temperature.
Is this an appropriate activity for my child?

Absolutely! My daughter is 2, and most of her items come out brown (she likes to use ALL of the colours!), but she has a BLAST doing it! We have two highchairs and a booster seat available for use, and if your kids’ finish their piece before yours, ask us for a colouring page or some stickers! We also sometimes recommend Stoneware for the kiddos, as it typically turns out more abstract anyway!
